Falling In Reverse’s Cover Of ‘Gangsta’s Paradise’ Is Everything You’d Expect

Falling In Reverse have released a video for their cover of rapper Coolio‘s 1995 hard-living classic, Gangsta’s Paradise, and even managed to get the stamp of approval from the man himself, with the clip featuring a cameo from Coolio, who appears to have been face-palming throughout the shoot.

The cover comes as part of the recently released Punk Goes ’90s, Vol 2 compilation, which sees an array of punk and metalcore acts covering some ’90s classics, including a rendition of Nine Inch NailsCloser by Asking Alexandria and Hands Like Houses doing Natalie Imbruglia‘s Torn.

Readers can check out Falling In Reverse’s Gangsta’s Paradise clip below, but just don’t say we didn’t warn you when we say it’s terrible. At one point, Coolio begins pointing at his ears as if to say, “I wish I was deaf,” and later appears to be praying, as if beseeching God to please make it all stop.
