Flume’s Long-Lost Moustache Finally Has Its Own Instagram Account

Written by Tom Williams on July 27, 2016

Flume‘s short-lived and long-lost moustache has inspired its own Instagram account full of, well, some serious Harley Streten lip rug action.

Insta account flumesmustache, which appears to have been created by an American Flume fan, has been up and running for a number of weeks now, and it’s pumping out content into the ever-evolving Flume meme-o-sphere, including this fine caterpillar…

Did I ever tell you that I'm vegan? #bringthesatcheback #flume #vegan

…and this beautiful creation:

Wall fuck? More like mind fuck @flumemusic #flumeissid

The account isn’t afraid of close-ups, either. Bask in the glory of this one:

I'm back bitches

Flumesmustache’s Instagram bio simply reads, “I will grow another one for you,” which allegedly refers to the time that Flume apparently told the account’s creator that the page has inspired him to regrow a fresh mo…

You guys he's growing another one!!! It's all good :))) (I'm freaking out inside)

… the account has even put the ‘stash (and Flume’s supposed message) on a cake:

Harley's mustache was delicious. Thank you for all the birthday wishes💜

Aside from the flumesmustache Instagram account, Flume’s former facial hair has also inspired the Flume’s Mustache Twitter account, whose bio reads, “I probably won’t be around long,” and whose only tweet is:

A moustache-less Flume performed at Splendour In The Grass in Byron Bay over the weekend, where he was joined by a star-studded list of collaborators and dropped an unreleased track during his set.

Okay I see it now
