Gyroscope’s Zoran Trivic In Accident – Perth ‘Benefit For Dana’ Show Postponed

Guitarist and back-up vocalist Zoran Trivic from Perth band Gyroscope was involved in a motorcycle accident last Monday, colliding with another vehicle and badly breaking both of his legs. He is expected to make a full recovery. This will mean that the band’s planned benefit show at The Rosemount Hotel in Perth will be postponed as Trivic spends the next few months recovering.

The show was supposed to be a tribute to 26-year-old Perth local Dana Vulin, who suffered from a horrendous crime in her hometown of Rivervale, Perth two months ago. An intruder broke into her home and confronted her, doused her body in methylated spirits, and set her alight, leaving her with burns to 60% of her body.

The show will still be happening, but will be moved to 22nd September at the same location. Those who purchased tickets to the show and need a refund can do so by contacting Oztix: http://oztix.com.au / 1300 762 545.

In the meantime, donations can be sent to assist Dana via direct debit to: Westpac Bank / BSB: 036000 / Account: 939549 / Account Name: Foundation for Dana Vulin.
