Much like he was alleged to have done to photographer Daniel Ramos, Kanye West has laid the smack down on charges held against him, dodging a potential 12-month jail sentence. A judge has sided with the rapper, who was facing charges of misdemeanour battery and attempted grand theft following a run in with Ramos at LAX.
In lieu of the hard time, West must stay a full 10 yards away from Ramos at all times, which if anything is probably a reward for Kanye. West’s attorney Blair Berk appeared in court to receive the sentence.
Making the most of their moment, the prosecution even went as far as to suggest West undergo anger management therapy, a suggestion the judge apparently “scoffed” at.
Meanwhile, West has announced he will be heading out on tour throughout North America with Kendrick Lamar in support. Standby for ridiculous outfits and sweeping generalisation comments.
