Kendrick Lamar Tickets Are Already Being Flogged By Scalpers & Aussie Fans Are Pissed

DAMN: Tickets to Kendrick Lamar‘s 2018 Australian tour are already appearing on resale sites for hundreds more than they’re worth, after going on sale on earlier today.

King Kendrick is scheduled to play sideshows in Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney while he’s in town to headline the Sunday night of Byron Bay’s Splendour In The Grass festival this July, and his first Sydney and Melbourne sideshows sold out shortly after going on sale at 12pm and 1pm AEST respectively.

Since then, tour promoters Live Nation have added second and final shows in both cities, but fans have already spotted tickets (some of which could be fakes) being advertised online for a ~swimming pool~ of cash.

Music Feeds has spotted tickets which were originally worth $183 being advertised on notorious resale site/dark alley Viagogo for over $1,000 a piece…

…while Ticketmaster Resale is offering tickets for over $700 a pop:

There have also been reports of people taking to social media in an attempt to sell tickets for hundreds more than they’re worth, and fans aren’t happy about it.

Scalpers bought out the Kendrick show 15 seconds after ticket release and are reselling for prices around $700… actually so fucking disgusting.

Responding to one concerned ticket-buyer on Twitter, the tour’s official ticketing agent Ticketek said it “does not condone the resale scalper websites”.
