Lily Allen Comeback Is Imminent

Lily Allen has taken to Twitter to get the press ball rolling on her comeback album, sending out several cryptic messages suggesting fans should be gearing up to hear the UK singer’s latest output soon.

Allen first got people talking by tweeting a mysterious image that read “Lily Allen – Listen Watch Follow” and invited fans to join her online newsletter to “get new album news first,” with a tweet attached to it that simply read “Soon come.” Allen then followed up by reintroducing herself to her followers, saying “Hello, im Lily Allen” before adding “and, I’m coming back, bitches.”

In August the singer hinted at dropping a new single in March or April of 2014. Allen has been working with producer Greg Kurstin who produced her 2009 hit It’s Not Me, It’s You and in May disclosed that the new album is “shaping up pretty well” with songs about “about babies and nappies” — Allen had her second child back in January.

Fans in the meantime can check out her return to the charts, appearing on Pink’s latest single, True Love. The singer also makes a cameo appearance in the video, which you can see below.
