Matt Corby Announces Debut Album Tour, Releases New Track ‘Knife Edge’

Everyone’s favourite golden haired, laid back surfy muso Matt Corby has just announced a national tour through April and May in support of his forthcoming debut album Telluric.

Currently wrapping up a sell out tour of the US and Canada before hopping over the Atlantic for a 25 date UK and European tour, Matt will be back in Oz to kick things off on Tuesday the 12th of April. Performing songs from the album as well as his previous 4 EPs, the Telluric tour sees Matt as his climbing ever higher.

Considering everyone has been waiting so long already for this album though (4 Eps, come one mate), Matt though he would give fans yet another taste of what to expect this time in the firm of Knife Edge.

The third song to be shared off the album, it follows Sooth Lady Wine and Monday, can be heard below and will be available Friday 5th February. You see like his hair, Matt’s release schedule is layered.

Speaking of the track, Corby says that “Knife Edge is one of the most intentional songs on the record. You might even call it upbeat. It was written in the same little house in Berry where I wrote Monday and the rest of the record”.

Tickets go on sale 9am Friday 12th February. Hear the new track and check out full tour details below.
