The Stereosonic 2012 lineup for Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane has been announced, with a wide range of acts spanning several genres, including trance, dubstep, house, and electro; there’s a band for everyone’s taste in this lineup. Headlining most cities will be Tiësto, Avicii, Calvin Harris and Carl Cox.

As expected Dillon Francis and Destructo are playing, as well as the confirmation of rumours that Dash Berlin, Example and Brodinski would also appear on the lineup.

Organisers have already announced the dates for the festival’s events coming up later this year. Kicking off in Sydney on 24th November, it will end in Brisbane on the 2nd. Melbourne and Adelaide will get the event on the same date: 1st December.

Tickets will go on sale on the 2nd August at 9am, and if it’s anything like last year where the Sydney event had to be upgraded due to high ticket demands, you’ll probably want to get in fast to see one of Australia’s largest dance music events. You can find out more information on the Stereosonic website.
