So far The Smashing Pumpkins haven’t been mentioned in any rumour articles, but the band are releasing their new album Oceania on June 19th, so it fits perfectly.

The official Splendour 2012 lineup will be revealed tomorrow morning on the triple j Breakfast Show; you will be able to view an updated lineup list on Music Feeds as the acts are announced.

Earlier in the week, Frontier Touring let slip that Jack White will be announcing a tour on Friday, which all but confirms him for Splendour.

Lana Del Ray, Matt Corby, Tame Impala, The Temper Trap, Van She, Ladyhawke and Muscles are strong tips for the lineup tomorrow as well.
