Watch: Justin Timberlake Performs Two New Tracks At Pre-Super Bowl Bash

Justin Timberlake’s comeback is going very smoothly, with the crooner stealing SOME of the attention away from Beyonce’s half-time performance with his Super Bowl-eve show, where he was joined onstage by Jay-Z and Timbaland, debuting two never-before-heard tracks from his upcoming album The 20/20 Experience.

This marked the first live musical performance from JT in around 5 years, after the R&B identity put down the mic to follow up on what was a surprisingly respectable succession of acting gigs. Now, with that out of his system, JT has returned in full glory, as evident at the DirecTV’s Super Bowl-eve Bash.

Those watching were treated to an hour-long performance riddled with hits from his very successful back catalogue, including but not limited to all the anthems of the early 00s from Justified. Timbaland joined him on stage to bring back SexyBack and, of course, Jay-Z jumped up to carry his weight during the live rendition of the ultimate comeback single Suit & Tie.

According to Hit Fix, JT gave us even more insight into what we can expect from The 20/20 Experience. Two new songs were road tested during the performance, including one titled Pusher Love Girl, and another one titled That Girl – we’re guessing the album has been heavily influenced by his relationship with Jessica Biel.

He apparently also covered INXS’s classic What You Need and absolutely nailed the well-known dance routine for The Jacksons’ iconic Shake Your Body Down To the Ground. You can check out live footage of the new tracks below.
