Leicester rockers Kasabian have used their debut performance at the Sydney Opera House to drop a sneaky cover of the Daft Punk classic ‘Around The World’.
During last night’s show in the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall, the band covered the track as a minute-long outro to their 48:13 album cut ‘eez-eh’, with frontman Tom Meighan singing the song’s iconic vocal hook. See footage of the cover, below.
Kasabian’s first of two Sydney Opera House shows also featured a performance of ‘Put Your Life On It’, which is set to appear on the band’s upcoming sixth studio album.
The group also performed their recent FIFA 17 track ‘Comeback Kid’, as well as older hits like ‘Shoot The Runner’, ‘Club Foot’ and ‘Empire’. Read Music Feeds‘ review of the show right here.
