English rockers Pulp have recently performed on Jimmy Fallon, playing their cult classic Common People as well as an off-air web-only performance of Like A Friend.
According to Consequence of Sound, Pulp are in the US for a run of one-off shows ahead of their appearance at this year’s Coachella Festival and two sold-out performances at Radio City Music Hall on April 10/11, 2012.
As Music Feeds reported last week, Pulp may work on new material, according to singer Jarvis Cocker, but no definite plans have been made.
“It took us long enough to relearn the old songs, so we’ll have to see about that. But I’ve got ideas. I keep my little notebook, I’ve always got that with me. Hopefully there’s more stuff than nonsense in there,” Jarvis said.
