The Weeknd has announced that Melbourne is getting a merch pop-up store this weekend.
The Canadian R&B singer has never toured Australia, before but he’s making it up to us slightly by announcing Melbourne as one of the four cities getting a pop-up.
He probably won’t be at the pop-up but, if his previous stores are anything to go by, there will be heaps of merch. His last round of pop-ups saw the release of Starboy-themed jackets, shirts, hats and more.
The Melbourne store will open at Melbourne Central Shopping Centre from 10am on Friday, 25th November and it will run right through to Sunday, 27th November.
Conveniently his album Starboy also drops on 25th November. The record comes just over a year after his last Beauty Behind The Madness and features collaborations with Kendrick Lamar, Daft Punk, Future and Lana Del Rey plus singles Starboy and False Alarm.
If Kanye West’s The Life Of Pablo pop-up stores, which hit Australia earlier this year, are anything to go by, there are going to be queues aplenty so we’d recommend you head down here early.
