Ariana Grande Shuts Down Claims She’s “Milking” Mac Miller’s Death

Ariana Grande has hit back at claims she has been “milking” the death of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller, who died in September at the age of 26 following what the coroner determined to be an accidental overdose.

While Grande has copped unfair comments from Mac Miller fans since the rapper’s death, things stepped up a notch after she shared a throwback photo of him on her Instagram story over Thanksgiving, featuring the caption “you’re v missed”.

Since receiving a slew of new “milking” accusations on her socials, Grande has shut down the trolls on Twitter, responding to one by saying, “I pray you never have to deal with anything like this ever and I’m sending you peace and love.”

In a further tweet to her followers, Grande said:

“Some of the shit I read on here makes me sick to my stomach. It scares me the way some people think and I don’t like this world a lot of the time. If only we could be more compassionate and gentle with one another. That’d be sick.”

Singer-songwriter Halsey stepped in to defend Grande, saying, “Ari the world could only dream of being as compassionate and gentle as you. And since ur being, as always, so classy and nice, allow me the honor of telling them to shut the fuck up.”

Grande later returned the love, telling Halsey, “I love you very much.”

Grande shared a heartbreaking tribute to Mac Miller following his death, writing, “I can’t believe you aren’t here anymore… I really can’t wrap my head around it. We talked about this. So many times. I’m so mad, I’m so sad I don’t know what to do.”

Grande and Miller dated for around two years before breaking up in May.
