Watch: Alison Wonderland Strips Back ‘Peace’ In Beautiful Acoustic Performance

Aussie dance music treasure, Alison Wonderland has shared a special rendition of her own track ‘Peace’. The new version sees Wonderland strip the track back into a gentle, acoustic masterpiece.

Alison Wonderland and some of her local pals and musos all joined forces at Gold Diggers, a studio in Hollywood. They worked together on an intimate recording of her current single ‘Peace’ — which was apparently arranged, rehearsed, and recorded in one afternoon.

It’s a seriously stunning cover that brings out more of the meaning behind the lyrics. Armed with a group of talent, Alison Wonderland worked with Chet Porter on the keys, ‘Peace’ co-writer and Jake Torrey on the acoustic guitar. Not to mention the added electric guitar and cello for some added oomph.

So far this year, Alison Wonderland has backed up 2018’s release Awake with ‘Peace’, which has been remixed a bunch of times, along with ‘Lost My Mind’.

Alison Wonderland is set to play Festival X later this year.
