Melbourne’s Slowly Slowly helped a fan announce her pregnancy with a personalised song after she apparently slid into their DMs. The song tells the story of how the fan, Gabbi met her fellow Slowly Slowly fan partner, Brady and it’s so sweet. It comes with a lyric video and a reaction video too.
Slowly’s Ben Stewart sings the story of how they met with cute little mentions of their first milestones including, when Gabbi introduced Brady to, “the best fucking band that you’d ever know.”
Slowly Slowly shared the videos on Instagram saying, “thanks for letting us be a part of that and lifting our spirits during iso.”
The fan, Gabbi Emmerton shared it too, saying, “I’m still recovering from shock that @slowlyslowlymusic went out of their way to write this INCREDIBLE song + lyric video about us so I could announce to Brady this huge news in a way he will never forget!
“Such caring and extraordinary people who have made this exciting time even more special.”

Slowly Slowly’s last ~official~ release was an acoustic track called ‘Slow Learner’. It was a collab alongside Tassie’s Luca Brasi.
The band is also slated for Yours & Owls Festival, which has been rescheduled for January 2021.
