Russell Howard ‘Approved’ For Australian Comedy Tour Later This Month

Legendary UK comedian Russell Howard has been approved to enter Australia and New Zealand later this month.

He’ll be heading down under for his Respite world tour, which after being announced in 2019, had to be rescheduled due to Covid-19. Promoters Live Nation confirmed the news today, settling his new dates for the tour.

According to Live Nation, Howard will be the “first stand-up comedian from the Northern Hemisphere to perform in New Zealand and Australia since the global lockdown.”

His upcoming shows will look a little different due to restrictions. The Sydney show will be split into two so as to adhere to current venue restrictions. If that is something that will affect you as a ticketholder, Live Nation have said that “those required to move from this show to 4 March will be reissued new tickets via email by 26 Feb 2021. All other existing tickets remain valid for the rescheduled shows without the need for exchange”.

Sus the new dates via the Live Nation website.
