Miiesha & Lime Cordiale Team Up For ‘Dancing In The Moonlight’ Cover On ‘The Set’

Woorabinda artist Miiesha teamed up with Sydney duo, Lime Cordiale for a cover of ‘Dancing In The Moonlight’ on The Set last night. Sharing the King Harvest/Toploader classic they manage to meld their respective ~sounds~ into the cover while paying homage to the original.

It’s a super fun, super groovy performance. They give us a goosebump-inducing a capella moment and a trumpet solo… It’s a whole vibe.

Miiesha performed two of her own singles ‘Caged Bird’ and ‘Twisting Words’. Taken from her 2020 EP Nyaaringu, Miiesha’s grandmother’s voice in the beginning of ‘Caged Bird’ sets the stage for a powerful performance.

Lime Cordiale served up a stirring rendition of their single ‘Screwed Loose’ from 2020’s 14 Steps To A Better You.

Lime Cordiale recently announced a national tour kicking off in October in Brisbane.

They’ll finally be taking 14 Steps To A Better You around the country.

Miiesha released a brand new single on Friday.

On the new release she said, “[Damaged] is a song about the broken relationship I have with my mother, and how much I have wanted it to heal, and how much I have tried to fix it, only to find myself hurting more.”
