Unlikely But Good: Birds Of Tokyo & Stand Atlantic Team Up On New Single

Iconic Aussie rockers, Birds of Tokyo have teamed up with Sydney’s pop punk angels, Stand Atlantic for their new track. ‘Superglue’ is a classic melodic rock single from the two bands and it’s the collab we didn’t know we needed.

“We always heard this song as coming from two distinct viewpoints so it made sense to share the vocals and get both sides of the story”, says guitarist, songwriter and producer Adam Spark on choosing Stand Atlantic’s Bonnie Fraser.

“We’re all fans of Stand Atlantic so Bonnie was the first name on our list.

“Hopefully we can get to play the song live together somewhere when borders eventually reopen.”

A Birds of Tokyo x Stand Atlantic double headliner? F*ck yes.

“We are so excited to team up with Birds of Tokyo for ‘Superglue,'” says Bonnie.

“The guys have been a staple of Australian rock music for years and so when they asked us to be a part of the release it was a no-brainer!”

The new single comes with a music video as well. Birds of Tokyo teamed up with director, Zac Lynch-Woodlock and production house, Found At Sea to get it together.

Birds of Tokyo are set to go on tour with Keith Urban in December.

It’s super artsy, check it out below.
