Alison Wonderland has dropped a dark, action-packed video for her latest single, U Don’t Know.
The intense clip sees the Aussie DJ/producer act alongside Christopher Mintz-Plasse, best known for his role as McLovin in Superbad. Here, though, Mintz-Plasse trades the dopey mannerisms for fully unleashed instability, apparently kidnapping our AW and driving her into the wilderness. What happens next will leave you Shyamalan’d. U Don’t Know marks Wonderland’s first big, international collaboration, with The Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne singing on the chorus. Wonderland told Music Feeds, “It was just amazing that he was so open-minded and happy to sing on a track with an artist that maybe in America wasn’t that established.”
“I really like when artists collaborate with other artists from different genres, I think it’s really interesting. He’s like from a totally different world and I think it’s just cool when that happens.”
U Don’t Know is the first single from from Alison Wonderland’s debut album, Run, set for Australian release on 20th March via EMI.
