Pop-punk stalwarts All Time Low have a new album called Wake Up, Sunshine coming out next month, and today they’ve shared a new single from it entitled ‘Getaway Green’.
It’s the third single we’ve heard from the boys thus far after previously released album tracks ‘Sleeping In’ and ‘Some Kind of Disaster’.
The accompanying music video sees ATL performing a series of intimate live shows for fans in Boston, New York, Baltimore, Leeds and London back in January.
Wake Up, Sunshine saw the band go back to basics, coming together at drummer Rian Dawson’s studio in Nashville, writing and recording their fourth album alongside co-writer, producer and collaborator Zakk Cervini.
“We got back to how we started,” says the band’s Alex Gaskarth.
“It had been a long time since the four of us made a record under one roof. That became a central theme. We’ve been a band for 17 years. Everybody brought something to the table. A lot of what you’re hearing came from those magic moments together.”
Guitarist Jack Barakat echoed his sentiments. “I think we accomplished something special. By putting our four heads together, we were able to make a classic All Time Low album.”
