Adelaide’s Allday has just announced his addition to Phillip Island’s brand new Beyond The Valley Festival lineup, joining the likes of Action Bronson, AlunaGeorge, Dillon Francis, Midnight Juggernauts, Ball Park Music, The Preatures and more when they perform at the New Year’s Eve event later this year.
“BLUDDY GOOD NEWS – I just got added to the Beyond The Valley line up. Now officially the best New Years festival lineup,” wrote Allday on his Facebook page, accompanying an image of the festival poster with his name haphazardly scribbled in. “Even though this poster was clearly done on paint, I am actually playing at the festival,” he added.
Another band to announce their BTV festival appearance ahead of the event organisers were Sydney’s The Preatures, whose frontwoman Isabella Manfredi announced the news last month. Organisers then confirmed the deatils and offered up two more names, Action Bronson and Peking Duck, for good measure.
Other artists on the official bill include Pond, Bag Raiders, Willow Beats, Nina Las Vegas, Collarbones and Basenji. Spread across two stages and two days, Beyond The Valley hopes to bring something new and exciting to Phillip Island, in the spirit of the dearly departed Pyramid Rock festival.
Part of that world will be Beyond The Valley’s state-of-the-art VIP camping facilities, as well as the event’s much-talked-about hangover spa, where punters can rejuvenate between sets from the incredible performance roster with masks supplying 30 minutes of hospital-grade oxygen.
Beyond The Valley will be held at Phillip Island Circuit from Tuesday, 30th December till Thursday, 1st January and is expected to draw over 10,000 punters. Full lineup, dates and ticket information available below.
