This year’s NME awards have now wrapped up, and while NME offers a play-by-play of the evening’s drama, we’ve got the important stuff here – the winners. From an array of categories, Muse seem to have been the most profitable from the evening, including Hottest Man for Matt Bellamy – amen to that.
Biffy Clyro received the well-deserved Best British Band award, with The Killers scoring Best International Band. Florence killed it with two awards, one for best solo artist and another for her track Sweet Nothing with Calvin Harris.
One Direction’s Harry Styles got Villain Of The Year cos, you know, he’s such a bad boy, along with his band mates One Direction as a whole for Worst Band gong. Obama got Hero Of The Year, which seems fair.
Check out the full list of those who got to walk away with the middle-fingered statue.
