ORIGINAL STORY: The population of Australia is set to increase by one (quick maths!), with the announcement that earth-conquering meme rapper Big Shaq will be bringing the fire down under this New Year’s Eve.
The ‘Man’s Not Hot’ MC (portrayed by Michael Dapaah) will be on hand at Perth’s Origin NYE festival when the countdown clock’s ting goes skrrra pap pap ka ka ka skidiki pap pap! to usher in the New Year.
The grime spooflord joins a monstrous lineup featuring ScHoolboy Q, Stormzy, Danny Brown, the recently-announced 6LACK and more, with the fest to go down at Perth’s Claremont Showground on 31st December.
