Australia’s crème de la crème of classic pub rock, Cold Chisel have shared that they’re “putting the band back together”, confirming reports that new music is on the way.
Jimmy Barnes and co. posted a photo to social media earlier this week indicating the lauded group are working on new material.
As Triple M reports, Barnes shared in an interview with presenter Dangerous Dave earlier this month that the band were working on Cold Chisel in between his solo commitments, along with guitarist Ian Moss’ 30th anniversary tour of his album Matchbook.
The band’s last album was 2015’s The Perfect Crime.
