Crowded House have announced a new Australian tour for October 2025, which will see them play a series of outdoor events largely in conjunction with the Red Hot Summer concert series. The shows follow on from the band’s headlining slot at the final-not-final Bluesfest back in April, as well as their own headlining tour from last December in support of that year’s Gravity Stairs album. The full list of the band’s new tour dates, as well as pre-sale and ticketing information, can be found below.
Joining the band for all 12 dates will be an all-star cast. The main support will be Angus & Julia Stone, while Hunters & Collectors frontman (and Crowded House bassist Nick’s brother) Mark Seymour will perform alongside Vika & Linda in a collaborative set combining their catalogues. The Waifs will open the tour, and The Church are also set to join the tour for the majority of its run, save for the date in Mannum, South Australia; there, the band will be replaced on the bill by The Cruel Sea.
Crowded House – ‘World Where You Live’
Gravity Stairs, Crowded House’s eighth studio album, was released almost exactly a year ago in May 2024. It marked the band’s fourth overall since reuniting in 2007, as well as its second to feature its current five-piece line-up: co-founders Neil Finn and Nick Seymour, keyboardist Mitchell Froom and Finn’s sons Liam (guitar, keyboards) and Elroy (drums). It debuted at number three on the ARIA Albums Chart upon release, and was nominated for Best Adult Contemporary Album at the ARIAs.
