Crystal Fighters are bolstering their assault on Australian shores for Splendour In The Grass with a pair of headlining tour dates.
The UK electro-folk six-piece will be hitting stages in Sydney and Melbourne in addition to their gig at the gargantuan Byron Bay fest, with a date at Melbourne’s Corner Hotel on Wednesday 20th July and Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Sunday 24th July.
Since last capturing the hearts of Aussie audiences in 2014, Crystal Fighters tragically lost their drummer Andrea Marongiu of complications due to an unknown heart condition.
But they’ve since picked themselves up, and now they’re getting ready to release their third studio album.
Frontman Sebastian Pringle says: “From the mist of the studio we are so happy to announce this trip to Australia. We’ve had some amazing times playing there and we can’t wait to be back on the East Coast!”
