Splendour In The Grass 2024: Kylie Minogue, Future, Turnstile + More

Organisers for north-coast New South Wales festival Splendour In The Grass have shared the lineup for its 2024 iteration, set to take place from Friday July 19 through Sunday July 21 as announced earlier this year. Headlining the festival is Kylie Minogue, who will perform an exclusive homecoming set at the festival which will mark not only her debut at the festival, but her first full-scale performance in her native Australia since 2019.

The Saturday night of the festival will be headlined by Future, who is also an exclusive to the festival, while the Sunday night will be headlined by Arcade Fire – who have continued to tour despite multiple allegations of sexual misconduct against lead vocalist Win Butler. Other festival exclusives for this year’s Splendour are Fontaines D.C., Turnstile and DJ Seinfeld. A complete day-by-day breakdown of the 2024 Splendour lineup can be found below.

On the international front, the festival will see the debut of indie singer-songwriter Lizzy McAlpine and baroque-pop UK band The Last Dinner Party, as well as Baby Gravy – the supergroup of comedy-rappers bbno$ and Yung Gravy, marking the first time both artists have performed in Australia as a duo. Splendour will also see return of acts to Australia such as Omar Apollo, Viagra Boys, Girl In Red, Yeat, Yard Act, Otoboke Beaver and The Kills.

Meanwhile, the festival’s national contingent is headed up by G Flip – fresh from their record-breaking seven appearances in the 2023 triple j Hottest 100, Other Australian artists making the trek out to North Byron this year include Hayden James, Tash Sultana, Royel Otis, Angie McMahon, Tones & I, Thelma Plum, Confidence Man, Teen Jesus & The Jean Teasers, Allday and A.B. Original. There will also be two slots given to triple j Unearthed competition winners on the Friday and Sunday of the festival, where they will serve as the opening act on the Splendour main stage.
