Daft Punk Featured In New Saint Laurent Ad

Daft Punk and Marilyn Manson aren’t used too much in the same sentence, but the two, well three now have something in common. Like Manson before them, the French power duo have featured in an advertisement for Saint Laurent.

Championed by the brand’s current creative director, Hedi Slimane, the campaign follows on from a recent change in direction for the company, who are boasting a big rebranding. Slimane has designed stage gear for the return of the duo and as you can see in the picture, the two look pretty schmick, with plenty of shiney things on their jackets plus their helmets are really clean. A short, super-trendy video was released from the shoot thanks to Luxuo, which you can check out below.

The pair couldn’t be hotter right now as the world gears up to experience their wildly anticipated album Random Access Memories. Already, Daft Punk fever seems to be all consuming, even more so ‘down under’ given the disproportionately large amount of Australiana surrounding the album.
