Def Leppard To Play ‘Hysteria’ In Full On 2018 Australian Tour

UPDATE: Scorpions pull out of Melbourne & Sydney shows due to illness

English heavy metal icons Def Leppard have announced a 2018 Australian tour, and they’re bringing another huge rock group along for the ride.

Performing across venues in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney this November, Def Leppard will play their seminal 1987 album Hysteria in full — including hits like ‘Pour Some Sugar on Me’, ‘Animal’ and ‘Women’ — as well as songs from their huge back catalogue.

Supporting the tour will be Germany’s ‘Rock You Like A Hurricane’ hitmakers Scorpions, who’ll be making their first trip down under since performing in Melbourne in 2016, this time playing their first ever national tour of Australia.

Def Leppard’s Rick ‘Sav’ Savage says, “I’m delighted that we can bring the whole Hysteria album to Australia and New Zealand later this year.

“From ‘Women’ to ‘Love and Affection’ plus many other faves thrown in for good measure. We can’t wait!”

Def Leppard last toured Australia in 2015, the same year they released their self-titled 11th studio album.
