New York’s Governors Ball has unveiled its 2015 lineup, headlined by Drake, The Black Keys, Deadmau5 and Florence + The Machine.
Held at New York’s Randall’s Island Park from June 5-7 this year, the festival will also feature performances from Lana Del Rey, Björk, Ryan Adams, My Morning Jacket and Chromeo.
This year’s Governors Ball also has a strong Aussie showing, with the likes of Tame Impala, Angus & Julia Stone and Vance Joy — all announced on yesterday’s Coachella 2015 lineup — plus Hermitude and DMA’s all repping Australia. Check out the full lineup below.
Tickets will set you back US$260 + bf for a regular weekend pass. VIP passes cost US$595 + bf, and if you’re feeling self-congratulatory, there’s also a US$2,000 Super VIP Pass which comes with side-of-stage access, among other things.
Governors Ball 2014 saw the return of The Strokes to their home city, as well as one of last year’s few performances from Outkast. The previous year saw Kanye West debut songs from Yeezus live.
