Dune Rats, Skegss and More Are Playing a Huge Benefit Show for Crowbar in Sydney Next Month

Sydney’s beloved Crowbar recently announced fundraising efforts to help the venue stay alive, calling on the community for support following many months of restrictions.Today, they’ve announced a benefit show featuring a truly stacked lineup.

Dune Rats, Skegss, Hockey Dad and Ruby Fields are among the acts who’ll perform at the Save Crowbar benefit show on Saturday, 29th May, joining forces to help the venue reach its fundraising goal.

The playing order will be determined via a spinning wheel on the night, which will also feature a DJ set from DZ Deathrays along with performances by the Terrys and Megafauna.

“We’ve known [Crowbar owners and operators] Trad and Tyla for over 10 years and what Crowbar has done for local bands and the music scene in Brisbane and Sydney is second to none,” explains the Dunies’ Danny Beus.

“In the current climate of the Australian music industry we really need to support the venues that have supported us for so many years and keep them open so we always a stage to play on.”
