Despite already reaching sold out status, organisers behind this years Festival Of The Sun are not done yet – not by a long shot. Today, the event proudly announces a first for our fair nation, a silent comedy speculator going down on the Thursday prior to the main festival.
You may have heard of a silent disco, but that’s old news. Structurally, the two are very similar in that the silent comedy will be experienced via your own pair of wireless headphones but this one is going to bring many more LOLs thanks to a setllar lineup of comedians.
Gen Frickar, Luke Heggie, Marty Bright and local talent Anna Wilson are all on board to conjure up the not-so-silent laughs.
FOTSUN Thursday is going to be a huge affair. As well as the silent comedy experience, those in attendance will be able to get amongst an array of free craft workshops including a chance to make your own merch, and a crash course in graffiti.
We strongly advice you conserve your energy thoroughly though given that the following day FOTSUN kicks into full swing with a huge line up of Gang Of Youths, Seth Sentry, The Smith Street Band, Urthboy and more.
