The second Field Day 2012 Line-up has just been announced for New Year’s Day next year; celebrating its eleventh festival, this new line-up looks just as impressive as any. Joining the line-up is Example & DJ Wire, Calvin Harris and Sydney’s own Cloud Control.
Field Day is synonymous with New Year’s Day for young Sydneysiders. The city’s original multi-stage outdoor party, it’s a gathering of friends coming together for a fantastic fun-filled first day of the year.
The entire event is a non-stop buzzing crescendo of eclectic music-filled experiences, which build up to the final electrifying set on the main stage. This is the peak of the day and the crowd go crazy – it feels like quite literally 25,000 people are dancing shoulder-to-shoulder absorbing the last performance of yet another amazing Field Day, which will be remembered fondly by all who came.
