FOMO Festival 2017 Lineup Announced

UPDATE: The 2018 FOMO Festival lineup has now been announced.

ORIGINAL STORY: Hype for the 2017 FOMO Festival lineup reached an all time high yesterday when a fake lineup announcement did the rounds online, but now the festival has revealed its full (and legit) lineup in all its glory.

FOMO, which will expand to Sydney and Adelaide next year after a hugely successful 2016 debut in Brisbane, will feature a slew of local and international talent on one stage, back-to-back, which means no clashes!

Leading the headliners are US hip hop/trap gods Flosstradamus, who’ll play their first festival shows in three years, and Aussie duo Empire Of The Sun, who will be playing their first local shows since 2014 with new music from their forthcoming third album.

Rounding out the overseas contingent is US rapper GoldLink and UK grim MC JME (who also happens to be Skepta’s younger brother), as well as Metro Boomin and Hannah Wants.

Aussie electronic partyboys Peking Duk will also feature, as will Slumberjack, George Maple, Feki, Maribelle and Lastlings, while Adelaide will exclusively host three local acts in the form of TXNK, Dancespace and Strict Face.

Festival organisers have also revealed the new locations for the Sydney and Adelaide legs, with the former going down at The Crescent in Parramatta Park and the latter happening at Adelaide Gaol.
