Produced in collaboration with Jonathan Wilson in Topanga Canyon, “Ramona” represents a departure from Cummings’ earlier self-produced works. The album delves into themes of grief, self-destruction, and emotional turmoil while maintaining the raw humanity that defines Cummings’ music.
Featuring singles like ‘On and On’, accompanied by a haunting music video, ‘Ramona’ showcases Grace Cummings’ theatrical flair, particularly evident in the album’s title track. Drawing from personal experiences, Cummings adopts different personas to explore the complexities of human emotion.
