After being cockblocked by COVID for the past two years, Sydney heavy faves Hellions are finally getting the chance to smash into their new era as a three piece.
The lads have already got some big ticket shows coming up this summer at Knight & Day Festival and Full Tilt, but before that, they’ll be hitting the stage for a special one-off hometown headliner.
Hellions will play a show at Sydney’s home of heavy, Crowbar, next Thursday, 16th December, marking just their second show since founding member, head lyricist and lead guitarist Matt Gravolin departed the band.
If you need a quick refresh… Hellions announced his departure just before taking off on their ‘Rue’ National Tour. They announced he was leaving the band to focus on other musical pursuits, as well as his personal life. Fans had a chance to say farewell to Matt on the tour and the shows went absolutely off.
Now, the new era reboots in top gear.
“We’re back to full capacity, playing a very special set!” the band posted on social media.
Tickies to Hellions’ gig at Crowbar are on sale now!
