Rock god Henry Rollins is returning to Australia with one of his trademark spoken word tours.
The outspoken activist who doesn’t know the meaning of the term “inside voice” will be making his way to our shores this September for a huge run of regional and metropolitan dates across all corners of the country.
The whopping 17-date oral affair will take in stops across every state and territory Down Under, and while a Sydney show is – at the moment – conspicuously absent, Rollins’ people have promised “a special show announcement in coming weeks”.
Since he last visited us in 2012, the punk rock motormouth has been busy making a number of TV series for National Geographic and the History Channel, had his first starring role in a feature film (He Never Died), and been a part of one of the greatest live music/silent film projects ever, alongside the likes of Lemmy Kilmister, Iggy Pop and other legends of the game in the upcoming film, Gutterdämmerung.
Tickets to An Evening With Henry Rollins go on sale from 9am local time, Friday 11th March.
