Last Friday night, Halsey hosted her annual Halloween party in Los Angeles. She’s been running them for a couple years, and the theme this time around was “Almost Famous”, with fans encouraged to dress as their favourite musicians of yesteryear.
In her role as host, Halsey went full tilt for the event, showing up in an elaborate homage to Mechanical Animals-era Marilyn Manson.
But that’s not all – for the party, Halsey brought out Avril Lavigne to perform Lavigne’s 2007 hit ‘Girlfriend’ together onstage – with Lavigne dressed as Madonna. Dream collab, much?

Halsey will head to Australia next month to perform at this year’s ARIA Awards.
