Bilingual metal legends, Ill Niño are soon to bring their latin-infused vocals, flamenco guitars, tribal drums and salsa inspired bass lines to Australia as a part of the Soundwave lineup and will also take to the stage for two monster Sidewaves in Melbourne and Perth alongside Brit brothers Skindred.
For a little over 14 years, Ill Niño have been crafting their until brand of bilingual metal, garnering a devout worldwide fan base and cementing themselves as major players in the metal scene. They’ll be touting around their sixth studio release Epidemia as well as their extensive catalogue.
Joining them on the stage for the two sidewaves will be the quintessentially British band, Skindred. Perfectly complimenting this genre-bending Sidewave bill, Skindred are known for their unique sound blending elements of punk, rock, metal, reggae and electronic music. The band’s recently released album Kill The Power demonstrates their genre-defying prowess.
Tickets for the Sidewave shows go on sale today, Tuesday 18th February at 4.00pm AEDT.
