Jimmy Fallon Finally Shows Ur Boy Bangz Some Love

US talk show host Jimmy Fallon has finally responded to the diss track directed at him by Ur Boy Bangz, showing the Aussie rapper some love in a series of private (but now public) Twitter messages.

Bangz has shared a screenshot of what appears to be a message exchange between him and Fallon, in which Fallon congratulates him on the the diss track he released after he himself was dissed on Fallon’s The Tonight Show.

“BANGS! Well played,” Fallon says in the alleged message exchange. “I actually like this version better. This one is on my PLAYLIST. Be well.”

Posting the screenshot on Facebook (below), Bangz has commented, “Thank u Jimmy for the love, I love u back we will meet soon.”

The pair’s social media reconciliation comes after Fallon mocked Bangz’s 2009 viral hit Take U To Da Movies in The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon segment “Do Not Play”, in which he names and shames songs which are supposedly some of the worst tracks of all time.

Bangz swiftly hit back with a fiery diss track aimed at Fallon called Do Not Watch (below), talking down Fallon’s show, his injured hand and his use of Take U To Da Movies.

Since then, Bangz has said he’d be open to a rap battle against the talk show host, but neither he nor Fallon has announced any such confrontation. While the internet waits for that possibility to be fulfilled, Bangz has declared hip hop dead in a scorching new track.
