So it turns out Justin Bieber is a fan of Chris Lilley’s beloved TV series Summer Heights High, because he’s just given fans his best impersonation of Tongan troublemaker Jonah Takalua in a cheeky new Instagram video.
After being photographed flipping the bird to pesky papparazzi earlier this week, Biebs has today hit back at his detractors by explaining the incident through comedy.
In his video, Bieber shows fans the original footage of him flipping the bird, before taking the role of Jonah so perfectly that it could almost be the real thing…
“I said ‘puck you’, miss,” Bieber tells the camera in his best Jonah voice (which is actually pretty damn good).
“I was doing it for fun, you just didn’t get that it was fun.”

Bieber is currently in Australia on his ‘Purpose’ world tour, and will wrap up his latest trip down under with a show in Sydney tonight, as well as a ‘Purpose’ pop-up store which runs over the next few days.
