Justin Bieber is now Spotify’s most listened to artist, breaking a bunch of records in the process.
Over the last month alone, the 27 year-old racked up 83.3 million listens, marking the first time in history an artist has reached that many monthly plays on the streaming platform.
The previous top spot was held by Ariana Grande, who racked up 82 million monthly listens.
This month, The Weeknd was next in line, reaching 74.5 million monthly listeners, followed by Ed Sheeran who hit 72.4 million.
Earlier this month, Justin Bieber was announced as a nominee at the upcoming MTV VMA’s, alongside The Kid LAROI (who he recently collaborated with), Megan Thee Stallion, and more.
Bieber is nominated for a whopping seven awards at the famed awards series.
