Kate Miller-Heidke ‘Heavenly Sounds’ Australian Tour, June 2013

Kate Miller-Heidke is the latest artist selected to perform as part of the ongoing tour series Heavenly Sounds. Along with longstanding collaborator Keir Nuttall, Miller-Heidke will play before audiences in churches around the country.

Last year Miller-Heidke made quite the positive impression with her third studio album Nightflight and will now have the chance to showcase her praised pop tunes against a spiritually uplifting setting. On touring for Heavenly Sounds, Miller-Heidke said that she’s thrilled and will do her best to watch her language:

“I’m very much looking forward to being a part of Heavenly Sounds. It’s such a beautiful concept. I haven’t sung in a church since high school, but they do tend to have very gorgeous voice-friendly acoustics. Also, I’ve been told I’m not allowed to swear during these concerts which might be good for me.”

Tickets will cost $62.50 + booking fees and will be on sale Monday, 18th March through Ticketek
