Katy Perry Adds More Shows To 2025 Australian Tour

Katy Perry has already beefed up her Aussie itinerary after recently announcing the down under leg of her Lifetimes world tour.

In addition to the previously-announced local arena dates for June 2025, the multi-platinum US pop megastar will now play two extra shows, one at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Tuesday, 10th of June and one at Brisbane’s Entertainment Centre on Wednesday, 18th June.

It takes her total tally of Aussie shows to six, coming on top of the previously announced gigs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

Key’s Lifetimes world tour comes in support of her sixth studio album 143, which officially landed last week, and marks her first tour in seven years – following the Witness tour back in 2018.

Along with the tour news, the pop icon has also just been revealed as the official headliner for the AFL grand final, set to take place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground today (September 28th) between the Sydney Swans and the Brisbane Lions.

Coincidentally, this venue was also the last place Perry played live before COVID reared its ugly head back in March 2020 – performing at the T20 World Cup less than a week before lockdowns were enforced globally.
