Korn Announce 2024 Headlining Show In Adelaide

Korn have announced an exclusive headlining show in Adelaide at the city’s AEC Arena for Wednesday, December 4th – two days before they kick off their 72-hour jaunt as headliners of this year’s Good Things festival. It marks their only show outside of Good Things on this run, as well as their first headlining show in Australia since 2014 – not to mention their first headlining show in Adelaide since 2010.

Korn last played in Australia in 2018, playing exclusively at the inaugural (and seemingly penultimate) Download Festival at Melbourne’s Flemington Racecourse as its headliner. Since the Bakersfield nu-metal pioneers were last in Australia, they have released a further two studio albums: 2019’s The Nothing and 2022’s Requiem. In April 2024, the band confirmed that they are at work on their as-yet-untitled 15th studio album. No new music has been announced or released as of yet.

Good Things is set to take place at Melbourne’s Flemington Racecourse on Friday, December 6th, followed by Sydney’s Centennial Park on Saturday, December 7th and Brisbane’s RNA Showgrounds on Sunday, December 8th. Joining Korn on the bill are the likes of Sum 41 (playing their final shows), Violent Femmes, Billy Corgan, Mastodon, Electric Callboy, Kerry King and The Gaslight Anthem.

A pre-sale for Korn’s Adelaide show is set to take place from Wednesday, October 9th at 9am ACDT, and can be registered for here. A general sale will then take place on Friday, October 11th – again at 9am ACDT – and can be accessed via Destroy All Lines.
