Earlier in 2011, British dance duo Basement Jaxx got together with Dutch orchestra the Metropole Orkest for a special concert in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
The concert contained versions of Jaxx’s Red Alert, Where’s Your Head At, Good Luck, Raindrops, and music that Jaxx member Felix Buxton wrote specifically for the night.
Now, Basement Jaxx are to release the recording of that concert, as well as studio versions of some of the specially-composed material. Entitled Basement Jaxx vs Metropole Orkest, the album is out on July 11 and you can hear some samples below.
