Listen Out 2014 Timetables And Maps

Time to start planning folks, timetables and maps for the upcoming Listen Out Festival 2014, set to take over Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth this September/ October, have just been released.

The festival, headlined by the likes of Flume, Chet Faker and Four Tet, will be spread across three stages at each venue – The Atari, 909 and The Crate Diggers stages – and will run from around 2pm with the last set taking place at 8.50pm.

That final slot will be held by Flume at all four festivals on the Atari stage, which will also host Chet Faker earlier on. Punters will be faced with the choice between catching Schoolboy Q or ZHU at around the 6.50pm mark and Four Tet’s slot will also coincide with a DJ set from Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs.

As previously announced, the Red Bull Crate Diggers Stage will feature various local acts and promises an “adventure in musical palaeontology”. DJs on the lineup have each chosen a style or time in dance music and will be set the task of bringing it back to life via the time honoured DJ pastime of “Crate Digging”.

Earlier this week Listen Out announced that the festival’s official Sydney after-party at the Chinese Laundry on Saturday, 27th September will feature a DJ set by DJ Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs.
