Sydney-based The Preatures are looking to continue their uber successful 2013 run into the new year by dropping a sparkling new track, the perhaps autobiographic, Better Than It Ever Could Be.
The track features The Preatues’ distinctive groove, just turned up a notch. It’s a little bit Bowie and a little bit Fleetwood Mac, with an Easybeats riff thrown in for another catchy-as-hell tune from the Sydney band.
The single follows 2013’s highly successful Is This How You Feel?, which won singer Isabella Manfredi first prize for 2013’s Vanda & Young Songwriting Competition and landed a number 9 spot on Triple J’s Hottest 100 of 2013.
The five-piece will drop their much anticipated debut record later this year. They’ll also be joining a huge line up of Australian artists at this year’s South By South West and Coachella festivals,
