Listen To Phoebe Bridgers’ Cover Tom Waits’ ‘Day After Tomorrow’

Adding to her tradition of releasing an annual Christmas cover, Phoebe Bridgers has this year shared her take on Tom Waits‘ ‘Day After Tomorrow’.

All funds raised from the song will go to the Local Integration & Family Empowerment Division of the International Institute of Los Angeles, which is a social service in LA that gives support to local immigrants, refugees and low-income earners.

The cover was produced by Tony Berg, Ethan Gruska and Bridgers herself. You’ll hear in the cover that she’s backed by a choir, with Mumford & Sons frontman Marcus Mumford among the singers.

For this annual Christmas tradition, Bridgers has previously covered ‘Have Yourself A Merry Christmas’, Simon & Garfunkel’s ‘7 O’Clock News/Silent Night’ with Fiona Apple, and more.
